Do You Have a P.I.T. Crew?
Introduction
If Christians loved neighbors, as Jesus commanded us, it would be possible to offer Hope in Jesus to everyone. Guided and empowerd by the Holy Spirit, may we live this life of Love to love our neighbors as Jesus has already loved by giving His life for all.
Crew's Commitment
We encourage you to gather weekly for prayer. Ideally Crews of the same gender for greater intimacy and accountability. Honor one another wtih transparency and confidentiality. Be humble and receptive to accountability (Luke 17:3-4)
Common Agenda
Time is precious. Therefore Crews are welcome to assemble early but we ask to begin and end on time with 45 minutes in dedicated prayer time. No need for conversations, go straight to the throne of God with your conversational prayer. Be sure to clearly adjourn so Crew members have guilt-free exit before casual conversations resume.
Prayer Guide
Upon enrollment, you will receive a NeighbOURhood Prayer Guide, Communication Cards, and a welcome from a NeighbOURhood Coach. Our entire team is ready to serve you.
Establishing Your Crew
We are confident you already have believers in your apartment or neighborhood. You haven't met them because they likely attend a different church. You are united in your faith in Jesus. It would be an honor to introduce you to neighboring believers. Interested?
Leader's Commitment
We are all easily distracted. Someone needs to host and convene a regularly appointed day and time for prayer. Let us not forsake assembling together. Honor one another with punctuality and timeliness. Respect one another with balanced participation.
Praying for Your Pastor
As you pray for the needs of your neighbors we encourage every Crew to be intentional praying for their priest/pastor and joining us in October (Pastor Appreciation Month).
Challenged by Virtual
Scripture requires us to lay hands as a clear biblical directive in Matthew 6:5, Luke 4:40, Acts 8:18-19, I Timothy 5:22, II Timothy 1:6. The Lord's plan for relational confession (James 5:16, I John 1:9), even a relational rebuke in love (Luke 17:3, Revelation 3:19).
“Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven. For where two or three gather in My name, there am I with them.”
Ready to Launch!
All it takes is one willing to receive prayer from two other neighboring believers.
We serve you by identifying neighbors who likely already have a faith background.
You are not alone. Let's activate!

Pastor's P.I.T. Crew
A Crew Dedicated to Your Endurance...
Receive Gift of Prayer
Life is fast and schedules are busier than ever. Every race driver needs a dedicated crew. Therefore do not deny your Crew the privilege to intentionally serve you. We need you to drive and finish this race. It's not a weakness to request prayer. In fact, it's a mighty strength to drive so as to finish this race.
Crew's Commitment
Each Crew commits to gathering for 1 hour with 45 minutes dedicated to prayer. We will uphold complete confidentiality to encourage pastor's honesty. Crews do not provide advice. Our task is pure. It's all prayer time dedicated in prayer.
Common Agenda
No need for conversations, go straight to the throne of God with your conversational prayer. Be sure to clearly adjourn so Crew members have guilt-free exit before casual conversations resume.
Prayer Guide
Pastor's prayer resources include pinpoint demographics for informed prayer along with engagement dashboard among church members mobilized in neighborhood mission.
Rest & Surrender
Rest. Your identity is in Christ, not your schedule. If the Creator of the universe rested on the seventh day certainly you are worthy of Sabbatical rest. This is not a weakness. The Lord wants to fuel you. How will you truly receive that Fuel without a Crew? Surrender the notion you have to do it all.
Leader's Commitment
This is about you and your family. We have meetings for the church but we need you focused and transparent. Your chief priority, therefore, is to select a limited few in whom you can fully trust. You alone appoint your Crew of 3-7 trusted intercessors.

Praying for My Pastor
Few understand the intense pressure and temptation for spiritual isolation pastors endure. This is a significant opportunity to serve pastoral leadership.
